Newsletters are a great way to let your customers know about coming events, new menu items, specials and promotions. Sending them at least quarterly helps keep your restaurant in their minds.

- They may get a small goodie as part of your newsletter, if you wish

How It Works
If we host your website, we can add newsletter and/or text message signups on your site. If you have your own website and we host your reservation form, we can add newsletter signup boxes on the reservation page.
You will have a web page on ClickEats.com, and if you have an online ordering page or reservation page, we can add a newsletter signup to these pages.
Your newsletter signups will also appear under My Newsletters where customers can see your newsletter and subscribe on their own.
One process is:
- Customers enter their email address to subscribe to your newsletter on the website. If they see your online order or reservation form, they can also sign up for your newsletter there too.
- You login to the backend report and see who is signed up for your newsletter.
- You can export the list and also manually unsubscribe users. Users can subscribe and unsubscribe themselves from their account page on the portal.
Notification Options
You do not need a computer or internet access to collect the signups. However, you should have internet access to see who is signed up.
- Email - no credit card information can be sent via email for security reasons.
- Real-time computer report
Reporting
You can view the subscription report, unsubscribe people, and export information as needed. You can also create additional newsletters and have it automatically appear on the ClickEats.com ordering and reservation forms. Only authorized users will be given access to the reports.
