How It Works

If you have your own website, you can add a button or a link to your ordering page on ClickEats.com.

You will have a web page on ClickEats.com where we add a button from your web page to your ordering page.

Once online ordering is available, customer can start sending you their orders. The process is:

  1. Customers order for pickup, delivery, or even dine-in, for now or in the future. They can also sign up for your newsletter.
  2. We notify you by fax, automated phone call, text message, email, and/or online report.
  3. Customers pay on pick-up, you charge their credit card on-site before delivering to them, or they pay by cash on delivery.

Notification Options

You do not need a computer or internet access to handle these requests. You can be notified by one or more of these options:

  1. Email
  2. Fax
  3. Automated phone call
  4. Text message
  5. Real-time computer report

Reporting

You can view sales and customer reports to optimize your sales and generate repeat sales. There are several sales and customer reports available for Online Ordering. However, only authorized users will be given access to them.
