How It Works

If you have your own website, we can add a reservation page using the same design and host this page on Clickeats.com. When people click the link to make a reservation, they will see this page.

You will have a web page on ClickEats.com where we can add a button or link from your web page to your reservation page.

Customers can then send you their requests. The process is:

  1. Customers makes reservation request for the future (we ask customers to call the restaurant for same-day reservations). They can also sign up for your newsletter on the reservation page.
  2. We can notify you by email, fax, text message, and/or online report.
  3. You call the customer to confirm.

Notification Options

You do not need a computer or internet access to handle these requests. You can be notified by one or more of these options:

  1. Email
  2. Fax
  3. Text message
  4. Real-time computer report

Reporting

You can view reservation and customer reports to optimize your marketing and generate repeat sales. There are several reservation and customer reports available. However, only authorized users will be given access to them.
